This can also be particularly useful for an established local business that ranks for many terms that could be better served by blog content. Many older businesses tend to rank for a large number of seemingly random terms(on the main navigation pages), but topically relevant terms that could make excellent lead magnets.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service that tracks and reports web traffic to users. As with Search Console, analyzing traffic trends in a local market is richly informative.

Google Trends is mainly used to compare keyword popularity and track event-driven increases in keyword search volume. I love trends because they allow you to tap into keywords and themes that wouldn’t appear in a local keyword research module.
